This coffee comes from the Damo washing station in the Bensa district of Sidama and is produced by Daye Bensa Coffee Export PLC. Grown at high elevations from organic heirloom varieties, it highlights the bright, fruit-driven character Ethiopia is known for.

Naturally processed by sun-drying whole cherries, this coffee develops intense sweetness and layered fruit complexity, resulting in a juicy, aromatic cup with clarity and depth.
