Flavor Notes: Strawberry, Milk Chocolate & Jam
A sweet, clean, and balanced medium roast from Marcala, Honduras. Grown on small organic farms by the women producers of Manos de Mujeres and roasted to highlight approachable sweetness and clarity.

Our approach to roasting centers on balance and clarity in the cup. We gravitate toward medium roasts because they offer the balance South Side values most, allowing the natural character and nuance of each coffee to shine.

South Side Coffee Co. started as a way to share good coffee beyond the roastery. From markets and pop-ups to everyday neighborhood stops, the coffee truck lets us meet people where they are and serve coffee made with care.
